On December 10, 2018 at Adam University/ BAFE held a solemn event dedicated to the 90th
anniversary of the great writer of our time Aitmatov Chyngyz Torekulovich.
The purpose of the event-education of young people in the spirit of patriotism, love and respect
for man. Development and improvement of language skills in the framework of the training
program of the Kyrgyz and Russian languages. Welcoming remarks at the event were Vice-
rector for educational work of the University, Professor Egemberdiyev Sh. Students were
prepared interesting slide shows, videos about writer`s work, staging of the work "the First
teacher", "Red Apple", "Mother field", "And the day lasts more than".
Especially it should be noted presentations on the themes:" Aitmatov and cinema", to be a man
today, tomorrow, always". The event was organized and held by the students of the first and
second courses of "Economics", "Medicine", "Management" and "Tourism", as well as teachers
of the Department of Humanities and fundamental disciplines.
