Began the selection of the grant the Chinese government a master’s degree and PhD at Harbin Polytechnic University. The Harbin Polytechnic Institute (HPI), founded in 1920 takes the 9th place among all higher education institutions of China. Training is based on technical Sciences, combined with natural, management, Humanities and social Sciences.

Documents acceptance is carried out from 15 October to 31 December 2017.

Terms of admission:

1. Applicants must be of Chinese nationality in good health.

2. The necessary education and age limit:

Applicants for master program must have bachelor’s degree and be under 35 years of age;

Applicants for doctoral degree must have master’s degree and be under 40 years of age.

3. Excellent performance in studies.

4. Candidates must have good ability in scientific research.

Information about the scholarship:

1. Exempt from registration fee, tuition fee and payment for accommodation;

2. 800 RMB per year for comprehensive health insurance;

3. Monthly scholarship is available to students at the following rates:

Candidate of master degree: 3,000 RMB/month

Candidate of doctoral degree: 3,500 RMB/month.
