For them, lectures and trainings were organized on the themes: “Environmental sustainability in the management of culture and tourism, environmental management systems: barriers and problems, the circular economy in the tourism sector, European regional policies and structural funds in the development of tourism, presentation of best practices for sustainable tourism and promotion environmental initiative, sports tourism: bachelor’s and postgraduate courses related to tourism in the school of physical education and sport. ” Lectures and trainings of colleagues from the University of Aristotle were scientifically grounded and innovative, which gave a new look at the development of the science of tourism in the academic environment.
