February 20, 2018 in ISITO hosted the Olympiad among students of Bishkek, dedicated to the International day of Mother tongue, which is celebrated around the world on February 21. The Olympiad was organized by ISITO jointly with the National Commission on the state language under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the organizers, the program of the Olympiad in the Kyrgyz language included:
1. Protection of the state language project – 1 student
2. Essay contest and expressive reading-1 student.
Students from 20 universities of Bishkek participated in the Olympiad.
The 2nd year students of ADAM University/BAFE, Satylganov T. (gr. T-5-16) and Elekberova A. (gr. E-3-16), Head – Associate Prof., Abdykadyrova M. B. took an active part in the Olympiad.
Student, Satylganov Talgarbek has prepared a draft “State language: past, present, future”, a student Elekberova A. prepared passage by heart from the novel by Chingiz Aitmatov “Mother’s field”.
For active participation in the essay contest and in the contest of expressive reading, Ilichbekova Altynai was awarded with a certificate, prepared project by Satylganov Talgarbek was recognized as the best project and awarded with a book and a certificate. And Associate Professor, Abdykadyrova M. B. was awarded with a letter of appreciation.
