27-28 October, 2016 in the Conference Hall of the hotel «Dostuk», supported by EM BIOM and Konrad-Adenauer foundation was held the Centralasian Conference “Youth participation in making significant decisions: Economics, entrepreneurship, democracy, security and information”, including co-organizers which was also made by the ADAM University and Bishkek Academy of Finance and Economics. The program of the Conference included presentations by experts from different sectors: Ms. Karybaeva M.A., Chief of staff of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Mr. Egemberdiev B., Deputy Director of the State Agency for youth, physical culture and sports under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, Dr. Kutnaeva Nuriya, Inspector of the Secretariat of defence, Dr. Thomas Kunze, Regional authorized representative and Dr. Birgit Wetzel, an expert of Konrad-Adenauer Foundation (Germany), Dr. Nuriddin Korshibaev, President of the National Association of independent mass media (Republic of Tajikistan), Dr. Osmon Togusakov, corresponding member, Director of the Institute of philosophy and political and legal studies, National Academy of Sciences of Kyrgyz Republic, Mrs. Zybkina A.V., expert of the project EU-KAS “Promotion and monitoring of the education reforms” (Russia). On the second day of the Conference for the participants, among which was also attended by scholarship of Konrad – Adenauer Foundation 2015-2016, lecturer of programme “Management and Tourism” of ADAM University/Bishkek Academy of Finance and Economics, Seitova Ch. conducted “Business leadership and communication” game, during which the use of communicative techniques she showed participants of the game how different solutions and their impact on the environment. Doctoral PhD program at the ADAM University /Bishkek financial Academy Maslova L.I. made a presentation on the theme “The impact of human capital on economic growth in the country.” Magister of ADAM University/Bishkek Academy of Finance and Economics,

Rakhimov K.A. presented to participants of the Conference interactive business simulation tool, which enables management decision-making skills among students and graduates. The conclusion of the second day of the Conference was the participation of all those present in the work of the discussion club. As a result of the Conference, it is planned to publish a publication containing the reports of the participants of the Central Asian Conference on “Youth participation in making significant decisions: Economics, entrepreneurship, democracy, security, and information”.
