Business plan competition for students of colleges and technical schools, dedicated to the “World Week of money” by supporting of financial institutions under the supervision of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic was held at the Bishkek Academy of Finance and Economics on March 16, 2016.

The purpose of competition- increasing social activity and scientific potential, by developing practical business skills of college’s students.

As the jury, representatives of business organizations were invited: Bakytbek uulu Tynchtyk – Project Manager of FC “Senti”, Seitova Meerim – Coordinator of the Institute for Policy and Development of the project “World Week of money”, Turdumambetova Aigul – operational manager «Kancha» Design UG, «IDEA» project coordinator CA. As well as the heads of BAFE’s programs: Mambetova Ainura – Ph.D., assoc. professor, head of “Management and Tourism” program, Abykeeva Meerim – Ph.D., assoc. professor, head of “Economics” program.

Students of College of Economics and Finance (CEF), Bishkek Financial and Economics College named after A. Toktonaliev (BFET), College under Kyrgyz State University of Construction, Transport and Architecture,

College under Kyrgyz-Russian Academy of Education were invited. The competition was attended seven teams.

As a result of project presentations, the jury based on the common points brought results and awarded:

1st place – team of BFET with «Olicus rift» project;

2nd place – team of BFET “Fresh berries year round” project;

3rd place – team of CEF in cooperation with schoolchildren from the secondary school №11 and school №28 (Bishkek) with the tourism project “Issyk-Kol Muras.”

The winners were awarded certificates and books, as well as prizes from FC “Senti”.

The representatives of business organizations, who participated as members of the jury, praised the quality of business projects, wished success to all participants, and wish future implementation their ideas into practice.
