We would like to invite BAFE’s bachelors, masters and PhD students for participate in global competition “Strategic matrix-2016» (hereinafter referred the competition) for students, young professionals and researchers (technical, scientific and humanities) aged from 18 to 30 years, carrying out basic research in the field of Economics, Futurology and Strategic Management.

The competition is organized by the Institute for economic strategies (IEC), International Academy of future studies (IAFS), International League of strategic management (ILSM), in collaboration with the national research nuclear University “MEPHI” and non-profit fund Globethics.net (Switzerland) in support of the talented youth.

Over the course of its history contest, “Strategic matrix” gathered several hundreds of participants, of whom more than 50 became the laureates of bonus programs, have achieved high results in career growth.

Interest in the Contest and its laureates demonstrates business executives and State structures as support of personnel reserve, future managers – is an investment to the future of our country.

Global strategic competition “Matrix-2016” takes place in three stages (rounds):

Matchday 1: March 20, 2016 — is carried out on-line in format predictive testing;

Matchday 2: 21-30 March 2016-essay contest participants training in accordance with the requirements (see annex 1).

For the preparation of essay topics are available in the framework of “Responsible leadership. How to make a model of responsible leadership and sustained demand in modern realities “(your choice):

* In Health;

* In Science;

* In Ecology;

* In the agricultural sector;

* In the Industry;

* In the information technology sector;

* In Family;

* In Small business;

* In Large corporations;

* In Innovative business;

* In Higher education;

* In Research in the field of ethics and social responsibility.

Essay and presentation of applications in electronic form shold be sent to the following address: smirnova@inesnet.ru (copy is at verasomp@mail.ru).

The Expert Commission on the evaluation of essay forms will generate the list of finalists with the highest overall score on the outcome of the 1st and 2nd tours;

Matchday 3: 1-30 of April 2016-holding finals in the format of a strategy game based on IFES (Russia, Moscow).

In the end of the competition and on-line voting, will be exhibited cumulative score and the jury will make a decision on conferring the titles of “participant” and “winner”.

The contest organizers will provide the Premium program of Global contest “Strategic matrix-2016”. Travel, accommodation and meals for participants during the round three will be provided by the participants themselves.
