A guest lecture from International Student Organization AIESEC in Kyrgyzstan “Internship, as a first step towards employment. Problems and Prospects” was held for BAFE students, on 29 February 2016.

AIESEC internship objectives are: provide students with international work experience in companies, acquisition of new knowledge and skills, the establishment of international networks, to apply their skills, knowledge and ideas in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Besides, the presentation affected problems that the organization often faces in the recruitment of young people into professional internships abroad, such as the wrong expectations, inadequate self-assessment, lack of knowledge of their strengths and weaknesses, mismatch of theoretical knowledge with current realities and more.

The ways of the problems solution were suggested.

AIESEC in Kyrgyzstan provides an opportunity to undergo training in areas such as teaching, information technology and marketing.
