Technology works in the Kyrgyz WIKIPEDIA

A master class on the topic “The technology works in the Kyrgyz Wikipedia” was held on September 16, 2015 in BAFE, organized for first, second, third year students.

4th year student of the Kyrgyz State Law Academy Nazyrov Askar conducted this master class with the assistance of the group on the implementation of the Kyrgyz Wikipedia on the Internet, led by Professor Tynchtykbek Chorotegin, at the invitation of a member of the coalition “Open educational resources” BAFE assistant professor, Doctor of Pedagogy Mambetakunov Ulanbek.

As part of the master class Askar Nazyrov spoke about the history, emergence of Wikipedia and the idea of collecting the material in the Kyrgyz Wikipedia, basis of preparation of a good article, styles of writing for Wikipedia, the basics of copyright text, etc.

Students were asked to create and place themselves an article on pages of Kyrgyz Wikipedia.
