29 April 2015, BAFE held a guest lecture, under the guidance of Hayatt Hotel Regency `s member Olga Bubnova, subject of the meeting was: «What should be the potential employee?». At the event participated students of 2-3 courses. During the lecture were discussed: development program of employees, possibilities of career development, and also conditions and privileges for employees. At the end there was a discussion, students could ask questions, related to the employment.
