April 17, 2015 a workshop on “Transparency in higher education” was conducted for the academic faculty and staff of Bishkek Academy of Finance and Economics (BAFE) with participation of Andrei Zybkin, PhD, Vice rector on educational work of Institute of Business and Law in Moscow. During the workshop the actual issues of legal support in higher education were highlighted, the need to move to e-learning, as well as the organization of monitoring and control in the education system of the Russian Federation.
