March 27, 2015 within the project TEMPUS QAMEL “Introduction of a management system, E-Learning in higher education in Central Asia” was conducted a round table on « Distant and E- learning in HEIs of Kyrgyz Republic: legal, methodological and technical support » at «Plaza Hotel». Organizers of this round table were Bishkek Academy of Finance and Economics (BAFE) together with Kyrgyz Association of Distant Education (KADO) with the support of K.Adenauer fund. The aim of round table was, development of tools for coordinating committees to create:
- Legal support;
- Methodological support;
- Information and communications support;
- International cooperation.
Drafts of plans of actions for each committee were presented by vice-rector on educational work of KSAL, I. A. Dmitrienko, on standard legal supporting, Head of educational department of BAFE, Nurkyz Suerkulova talked about educational and methodical supporting, R.F. Yarmuhammedov, deputy of director on DE IDE and CD named after I. Razzakov, presented informational and communicational supporting, E. Sagyntay kyzy, head of scientific and international relations department on international collaboration.
According to S. R. Sirmbard, the rector of BAFE, the national expert in reformation in higher education system in Kyrgyz Republic, feature of this round table is that the fact that the academic public passed to concrete steps on joint development of actual actions for development of electronic education in Kyrgyz Republic. Also she noted that the invaluable role in development of the considered documents is played by the experience gained by members higher education institutions of consortium QAMEL: BFEA, KSAL, and IKSU within activity in the framework of the TEMPUS “Introduction of Quality Management in E-Learning System in Higher Education Institutions of Central Asia” project in particular on development of the guide to E-Learning for Central Asian universities.
