A number of trainings within the project UNIWORK “Strengthening of Career Centers in Central Asia Higher Educational Institutions to empower graduates in obtaining and creating quality employment” took place at BAFE, with financial support from the European Commission, from 8th to 11th December, of this year (2014). The event was attended by trainers from the Grant Holder University – University of Alicante (Spain), FH Joanneum Gesellschaft mbH (Austria), University of Sheffield (Great Britain). Representatives of Ministry of Education and Science, Partner- Universities, Associations and Business sector of Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan participated in these trainings.
All Coordinators of Universities – Participants in the project UNIWORK participated at Coordinating Meeting on 9th of December. On the opening ceremony Chairman of the Board of Trustees of BAFE, Mr.Shamil Atahanov and Rector of BAFE, Mrs.Svetlana Sirmbard made a welcoming speech, and underlined the importance of such projects for the educational system and entrepreneurship, social aspects of society as a whole. During these trainings, representatives of European Universities told about plans for further project development, shared their experiences of developing and promoting their services in the Career Centers. The guests and participants were presented some practical case studies of each Central Asia University, on employment of their graduates. One of the most successful sites on the implementation of entrepreneurial skills was shared by the team ENACTUS BAFE.
