On November 17, 2014 Sirmbard S. R. rector of Bishkek Academy of finance and economics associated  proff. Bakuridze A. the rector of Batumi State University named after Sh. Rustaveli signed the memorandum of cooperation between two Universities, for joint training of qualified specialists on all three education levels (bachelor, master and PhD), and also joint scientific researches and publications.
