On 4^th of November, 2014 at International University of Kyrgyzstan was held a round table with the participation of Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Jogorku Kenesh of Kyrgyz Republic, Higher Attestation Commission,  German Academic Exchange Service DAAD, Association of educational institutions EdNet and University Rectors on “Preparing PhD  in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Rector of BAFE, Associated Prof. S. Sirmbard made a presentation on the contents of PhD degree, its features under the Dublin descriptors.
