On October 31, 2014 at the Bishkek Automobile and Road Сollege “Expert discussion of process of pilot research on tracing of graduates” on which the report of the rector of BAFE S.R. Sirmbard about experience of BAFE in monitoring of employment of graduates was held. In expert discussion the manager of the European fund of education in the Kyrgyz Republic and in the Republic of Kazakhstan Mrs. Hemshemayer K., the senior research associate of Kassel University, Mrs. Shomburg G. of MNCVUZ, and other experts from Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Italy, Germany, Switzerland and Estonia took place. The purpose of expert discussion consisted in association of those persons in the Kyrgyz Republic which were involved in process of tracing in the last years and, thus, to consolidate expert knowledge of methodology and realization of research on tracking of graduates. It becomes to initiate exchange of experience, with participation of all key interested parties, namely practicing from POO and HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS, representatives of public administration, and also the national and international organizations who supported process of tracking in recent years. Participants shared information with each other, defined a circle of the opportunities promoting cooperation and further exchange of experience.
